In order to ensure the smooth operation of the instrument and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.

5. Select the timer and adjust it to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

6. After each shutdown, turn off the power switch and cut off the power supply.
